We want you to be 100% happy with your pet tag purchase. Pet tags you have received with incorrect engraving details WILL be replaced straight away! You do not need to return these incorrect tags. Red Dingo tags and Bow Wow Meow tags all arrive with details of how to get these amended if received incorrectly. If the pet tag received has an engraving error, please check your order to make sure that the information you provided when you placed the order is correct. If the error is our fault we will gladly mail out a replacement at no charge. Collars may only be returned for a replacement provided the packaging is still COMPLETELY intact, and has not been torn or used in any way. You may return the goods only if the selected size is wrong, and we do not provide refunds for a wrong decision or change of mind. Please return the collar/lead with a self-address stamped envelope, and your replacement will be sent once any balance had been received and after verification that the goods returned are in as new condition. Anything returned to us in used/torn condition will be despatched back to you in your envelope provided after you have received a notification from us of our intent to do so. Please check to ensure your collar is the correct size before purchasing using the handy charts & guides provided.

Please note we make every attempt to provide as accurate descriptions as possible, but from time to time certain goods go out of stock and may not be listed as available for purchase. Please check your shopping cart carefully before any transaction that all your requirements are listed, and if you have and queries at all please email or call us and we will respond in 24, but often much less.
